T-SHIRT QUILTS
Sizing of the Quilt
Your quilt is determined by the number of t-shirts you have available for the quilt. There are multiple ways to make t-shirt quilts. The picture to the right is of a mosaic quilt.
I use all the graphics available on the shirts unless you use painters tape to put on "X" on the graphic. Not all of the graphics on the t-shirts are same size, which lends itself to the mosaic quality of the quilt.

If you have fewer shirts, but want a larger quilt, I can cut the graphic on the shirts all the same size and use sashing to separate the blocks. Please contact me for the number of t-shirts needed and pricing on those types of quilts.
Backing
I use both Bella Solid wide back fabric as well as Shannon Cuddle fabric for backing.  The color of the back will decided during the planning of the quilt.  If what I have in stock does not work with your quilt, please let me know and I will see if there is anything else I can find to fit your needs.
Shipping
Shipping your top and backing to me: I live in Texas, USA, and would be happy to receive your top and backing by mail. I'd recommend sending your materials enclosed in some kind of sack or bag to protect against possible moisture in transit and then placed in a hard-sided cardboard box. Make sure the box is securely taped and labeled clearly.
Return shipping: I will send your quilt back to you in the manner described above via USPS Priority mail (using flat rate when possible/economical). Priority mail comes with $50 of insurance and a tracking number but please indicate on your intake form if you would like me to buy any additional insurance on your behalf. It's a great idea to insure your valuables against loss or damage while with the Postal Service, but I don't require it.
Other Costs
I'm required by the State of Texas to collect an 8.25% sales tax on the quilting service portion of an invoice. Fees are not subject to sales tax if outside the state of Texas.
